Healthy ambrosia
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Fruit and yoghurt with a tasty twist.
Cooking directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a serving bowl.
- Chill for a couple of hours and serve.
Try:
- Using a variety of fresh or tinned fruit - chopped fresh apple, tinned apricots, sliced banana, grapes, tinned peaches, mandarin segments.
- Using fruit-flavoured yoghurt.

Ingredients
1 kilogram yoghurt, natural and unsweetened
1 small tin pineapple in juice, drained
1 tin boysenberries, drained
1 cup marshmallows, chopped
