Dress up some celery to make a fun snack the kids will love.

 

Cooking directions

  • Cut celery into pieces about 5cm long.
  • Fill the groove with cottage cheese or peanut butter (about 1 tablespoon per piece of celery).
  • Press in a few raisins and cover with rice bubbles.

2 sticks celery

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/2 cup peanut butter (with no added salt or sugar)

1/4 cup raisins

4 tablespoons rice bubbles
