Preparation time: 10 minutes

Perfect for an after-school treat that the kids can make themselves. This parfait is also fantastic when you need a quick dessert for a celebration.

Don't get put off if grapes and strawberries are too expensive - use any canned or fresh fruit that is low-cost at the markets or supermarket.

 

Cooking directions

  • Use clear gasses or small bowls to assemble the parfait.
  • Put a tablespoon of yoghurt in each glass, then top with the grapes.
  • Continue layering with yoghurt and fruit until the glass or bowl is full.

Ingredients

16 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yoghurt

1 cup grapes, cut in half

12 strawberries, sliced

1 banana, sliced
