Cooking directions

  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Try:

  • As a morning or afternoon tea snack. Fill a small plastic bag or container for the lunchbox.
  • Using any combination of nuts, seeds and dried fruit - have fun at the bulk foods section of your supermarket.

Ingredients

1 cup raisins

1 cup prunes, chopped

1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts, or any other nut

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds

1 cup dried apricots, or any other dried fruit chopped
