Prepare this popular cafe meal yourself. The best wraps are home-made and can be prepared in a few minutes. Use any combination of your favourite salad ingredients.

 

Cooking directions

  • Spread chutney over the tortilla bread.
  • Arrange the ham and lettuce evenly over the bread, then top with carrot and pepper.
  • Roll up firmly. The spread helps hold the wrap together so make sure there is some along the last end that gets rolled up.

Try some of these fillings:

  • hummus, low-fat mayonnaise or cottage cheese instead of chutney
  • tomato
  • sliced cucumber
  • cheese instead of meat
  • baby spinach
  • avocado or guacamole
