Pita bread pizzas
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Quick, easy and tasty either hot or cold. These are a great lunch, snack, or excellent with soup.
Cooking directions

Toast the pita pockets, this will allow you to split them in half easily.

Place pita halves on baking tray with the inside facing up.

Smear with a small amount of the tomato sauce.

Cover with a little grated cheese.

Grill in a hot oven until chesse has melted and golden.

Great with cauliflower soup, minestrone or Thai pumpkin soup

Ingredients
1 cup grated cheese
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
4 pita bread, wholemeal
