Healthy ambrosia
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Fruit and yoghurt with a tasty marshmallow twist.
Cooking directions
- Gently stir all ingredients together in a serving bowl.
- Chill for about 2 hours and serve.
Try:
- Adding sliced fresh strawberries - these are often on special over December and January.
- Making with a variety of fresh or tinned fruit - chopped apple, tinned apricots (drained and chopped), sliced banana, grapes, tinned peaches (drained and chopped), mandarin segments.
- Using fruit-flavoured yoghurt.

Ingredients
1 kilogram yoghurt, natural and unsweetened
1 small tin pineapple in juice, drained
1 tin boysenberries, drained
1 cup marshmallows, chopped
