Grilled tomatoes
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Perfect for a weekend breakfast or lunch. Get the kids in the kitchen to help you with this one.
Cooking directions
- Cut tomatoes in half and place cut side up on a baking tray.
- Sprinkle with herbs, black pepper, crushed cornflakes, and grated cheese.
- Bake or grill for 10 to 12 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and cooked.
- Serve with eggs and toast.

1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed
