Cooking directions

  • Cut tomatoes in half and place cut side up on a baking tray.
  • Sprinkle with herbs, black pepper, crushed cornflakes, and grated cheese.
  • Bake or grill for 10 to 12 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and cooked.
  • Serve with eggs and toast.
