Preparation time: 10 minutes
A fun variation to popcorn. The best snacks are often the ones you prepare yourself. Bought snacks are often more expensive, and can also be high in sugar and fat.
Cooking directions
- Place oil and popcorn in an oven bag (use a non-metal tie) or ice-cream container. Shake to coat popcorn with oil.
- Cook on 100% power for 2 1/2 minutes or until most kernels have popped.
- Unpopped corn can be returned to the microwave.
- Stand popcorn for one minute.
- Mix in dried fruit and cinnamon.
- Enjoy :)

Ingredients
1/2 cup popping corn
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup dried apple, chopped (or sultanas)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
