Fruit platter and yoghurt dip
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Fruit on its own is a great snack, but the yoghurt dip adds a fun variation for kids. Fruit cut into bite-sized pieces is easy to eat and goes a long way.
Cooking directions
- Use any combination of fresh or well-drained tinned fruit cut into bite-sized pieces - grapes, kiwifruit, oranges, tangerines, apples, bananas, mandarins, peaches, pineapple, apricots.
Option 1:
- Arrange fruit on a plate and serve with yoghurt as a dip.
Option 2:
- Put fruit pieces onto kebab sticks and serve with yoghurt as a dip.
- On special occasions such as for birthday parties, add marshmallows to the fruit kebabs.
