Fast n easy pizza
Instead of spending 20 minutes waiting for a store-bought takeaway pizza, why not try making your own yummy pizza in 20 minutes? A much healthier alternative too.
Cooking directions
Use any selection of your favourite pizza toppings. Some of our favourites are sliced onion, chopped ham, tinned pineapple chunks, sliced tomato, sliced red or green pepper, chopped cooked chicken, canned chilli beans, fresh or tinned mushrooms, frozen or canned corn, fresh or dried herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, marjoram).
- Spread tomato chutney on pizza base.
- Arrange pizza toppings and then sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
- Bake in a hot oven (about 200 degrees) for about 20 minutes or until golden and toppings are cooked.
- Serve with salad or coleslaw.
Try:
- Mexican pizza with a can of chilli beans, frozen corn, sliced green pepper, sliced mushrooms, and a little grated cheese.
- Ham and pineapple pizza with a can of spaghetti, drained crushed unsweetened canned pineapple, chopped ham, sliced mushrooms, and a little grated cheese.
