Crunchy green coleslaw
Preparation time: 10 minutes
This coleslaw classic is an old favourite. Great for summer BBQs or in sandwiches, wraps or burgers.
Cooking directions
- Place cabbage, spring onions and mint in a large bowl.
- To make dressing, mix together oil, lemon juice, cumin and brown sugar.
- Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly.
- Lightly toss through the tomato wedges.

3 cups finely sliced green cabbage
2 spring onions, sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped mint
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
