Cooking directions

  • Place carrots, celery, walnuts and raisins in a bowl.
  • Make dressing by mixing together oil, lemon juice, brown sugar and black pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  • Top with a few celery leaves to garnish.

Tip:

  • Try using coconut, toasted sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds instead of walnuts and raisins.
