Carrot and celery salad
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Classic flavour combinations make this a family favourite.
Cooking directions
- Place carrots, celery, walnuts and raisins in a bowl.
- Make dressing by mixing together oil, lemon juice, brown sugar and black pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Top with a few celery leaves to garnish.
Try:
- Using coconut, toasted sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds instead of walnuts and raisins.

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons oil
