Baked rice pudding
Preparation time: 2 hours
An easy, healthy milk pudding. Great served with fresh or tinned fruit.
Cooking directions
- Place all the ingredients in an ovenproof dish.
- Bake at 150°C for 2 hours, stirring a couple of times in the first hour.
- Serve with canned or fresh fruit (choose canned fruit in juice).

2/3 cup short-grain rice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 cups low-fat milk
