Preparation time: 10 minutes

Perfect to serve with a selection of fresh vegetables. Serve with sliced carrots, courgettes, brocolli or mushrooms raw or quickly plunged into boiling water.

 

Cooking directions

  • Remove the rind and all visible fat from the bacon and chop finely.
  • Fry the bacon and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crisp.
  • Cool.
  • Mix the bacon, garlic, celery, cottage cheese and pepper together.
  • Add enough milk to get a soft consistency.

1 pinch ground black pepper
