Bacon and celery dip
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Perfect to serve with a selection of fresh vegetables. Serve with sliced carrots, courgettes, brocolli or mushrooms raw or quickly plunged into boiling water.
Cooking directions
- Remove the rind and all visible fat from the bacon and chop finely.
- Fry the bacon and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crisp.
- Cool.
- Mix the bacon, garlic, celery, cottage cheese and pepper together.
- Add enough milk to get a soft consistency.
