Make half your meal vegetables

Loading up meals with a variety of colourful vegetables means healthier meals and healthier kids. By making meals with at least half vegetables the whole family will benefit.

Canned or frozen vegetables can be just as good for you as fresh and are a fast, easy option - look out for the specials at your local supermarket or store!

As a quick check, put all the ingredients on the bench before you start cooking and try to make sure about half are vegetables.
